ShuRoo Australia is an Australian owned and operated company involved in the design and manufacture of High Frequency Wildlife Dispersal Systems. These systems apply controlled high frequency sound patterns used to influence animal behavior.
Since the initial concept by our Managing Director, David Gore, in 1987, the ShuRoo for vehicles has grown through four models to the just released MKIV Slimline ShuRoo. Over 45,000 ShuRoo units are protecting Australian drivers on our rural roads.
The ShuRoo is now a common sight on vehicles around Australia and is used by Corporations, Governments and private motorists to dramatically reduce their wildlife strike rate.
Derived from the successful ShuRoo technology, other products include StrayBan to deter possums and stray cats and dogs from residential and commercial properties, and Rooguard, developed as an “electronic fence” to keep kangaroos and other wildlife from crops, roadways and airport runways.
The ShuRoo Australia range of products are all Australian designed and are manufactured in Australia for Australian conditions.
